4. Referral Program
You will earn ₹5 for every successful referral, provided the referred user meets the app’s eligibility criteria.
Earnings can be withdrawn when they reach ₹200.
Fraudulent referrals may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payments and Earnings
Payments for referrals or services are processed through UPI.
Help & Earn is not responsible for payment disputes between users or delays caused by third-party services.
The app does not guarantee payments under the referral program.
Payments are processed exclusively via UPI.
Fraudulent referrals may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Help & Earn is a platform for connecting users; we are not liable for disputes, damages, or issues arising between users.
We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of services listed on the app.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities.
